Department of Sustainability and Environment - developed an organisation-wide communication and training strategy for the rollout of the One Desktop Project, which aimed to upgrade all the Department’s 3700 computer users to Windows 7 and Office 2010. the communication and training strategy described in detail how a best practice organisational change process would be conducted and communicated to all staff across Victoria
Department of Human Services - wrote a 60-page legacy document for the history of the 2009 Victorian bushfires, as told by DHS staff, and edited the Department’s future document - Victorian Community Services Workforce and Education Strategy for 2012 – 2021
Department of Human Services - developed the Neighbourhood Renewal Report and DVD for Long Gully and Eaglehawk communities

Victorian Transport Association - produced a range of materials – DVD, fact sheets, publications - that motivated fleet managers and truck operators to buy trucks with the latest safety technology
ANZ - wrote the world’s largest video-based training program for staff
